Our Objective

Cube seeks to take advantage of specifically identified dislocations in global real estate markets. The approach is flexible between Emerging/Developed markets, Commercial/Residential, Public/Private Equity, Development/Distressed types of transactions.

 

Our Approach

  • Transactions are typically on a club deal/co-investment basis with like-minded clients and partners.

  • We foster relationships with local partners and developers to facilitate pipeline development and deal management.

  • Cube always co-invests alongside our clients and requires our local partners to co-invest.

  • We are focused on deal quality as opposed to quantity and always seek to be a “hands-on” investor (without diminishing the role of our local partners) by dedicating as much attention and resources to each investment as is necessary to make it a success.
